The blue screen you are going to see

On first run Windows shows the screen below. It is not a virus and it is not an error. Here is exactly what to click.

Why it appears

The installer has no purchased code-signing certificate. Windows shows this warning for any program without one and without accumulated reputation — not because anything is wrong with the file.

Chrome or Edge may also flag the file as "not commonly downloaded" and ask for a confirmation to finish the download. Same cause.
